found land I want to buy - now what? - Zillow Real Estate Advice

Have spent a couple of months just riding around looking at property (on my own) and have found an 11 acre parcel that I LOVE! ? ?It is basically cleared land with some hardwoods and board fencing around most of the?perimeter, ?No well or septic. ?The price is a bit high IMHO. ?

I understand land is difficult to finance and that Farm Credit may be the way to go. I would like to get loan details, determine eligibility, etc. ? At what point do I engage the realtor about this parcel? ?I think I am fine for?financing?but don't want to waste anyone's time if I am not or if I am shooting too high. ? I also don't want to get in a situation where I have ?realtor?actively?shopping around for me. ? ?I am perfectly happy to spend more weekends looking around on my own terms without any pressure. ?
