One of the best parts of the year for a recipe editor is rounding up the top 25 most clicked-on recipes and assessing potential trends. Once more, I see none, save for the fact that you?really?seem to like delicious food that's not too hard to make and which sounds (and looks) appetizing. Who would have thought that'd be the case? So I'm just going to keep posting the good stuff, the hearty chilis and comforting chicken recipes, all manners of pasta, potatoes, eggs and pancakes and everything else that doesn't involve painting a stripe of gastrique over a?M?bius plate.?
2013 is going to be a great year to cook. Especially if the trend I'm trying to start takes off: injecting vegetables with meat. Right?
